We wanted to create a place to house all the information our guests may need for our wedding in one place. So this site is your guide to everything you need to know, and we will update it as we get closer to the big day. For now you can find information on our venue and room costs as well as rsvp.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort
Located on a hillside, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Cabo San Lucas Bay. It is just 10 minutes away from downtown Cabo and the marina.
It also has sister resorts close by that guests can have access to as well, such as Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos and Pueblo Bonito Rose. There are shuttle buses running between each resort so you can easily explore the facilities at the different sister resorts.
Where you'll stay
Indian weddings are hectic- the event itself but also getting ready for it. So we picked a venue where every room has a living area and a small kitchenette facility to make getting ready for our events a little bit smoother. We hope you enjoy these comforts during our special week!
Resort pricing
Please note to only book through our link so the reservation uses our event code. If you book outside the wedding group, you may not be able to attend the private events.
Room rates are in USD and are all-inclusive (includes food and drinks). There is a 3 night minimum and events run November 12th - 15th, 2027. We suggest you check out on the 17th, so you have the 16th to sleep in after a long night of partying. Stay longer if you want, or go see another part of Mexico.
A room fits up to 4 adults and the slider below shows how the price changes. We have worked with the resort to get everyone the best price possible. If you find a better deal, reach out before you book.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival will be fully refundable.
Cancellations must be made before 5:00 pm local time (MST) and a written cancellation confirmation must be received.
Cancellations made from 20 days to 0 days before arrival will be charged 1 night of confirmed stay at the group rate.
With international travel involved, we strongly encourage all guests to RSVP to us by December 15th, 2026 using the form below, so that we can plan accordingly. You do not need to book your room or flights by this date.

Things to do in your downtime
When you're not busy with the wedding, there is no limit to the number of activities available to our guests.
As part of our wedding, our guests can have 20% discount on tee times at the golf course (when booked through the wedding group) and also 20% discount on massages at Armonia Spa.
Finalize your booking
Thank you for your RSVP above. When you're ready, you can reserve your room. A deposit of $150 USD is needed to reserve the room and the rest will be due at check-in. You will be able to book rooms as part of the wedding group only until August 12th 2027
Common questions
What is the passport validity requirement?
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. Most countries will not let you enter unless it expires at least six months after the final day of travel.
Do I need a visa?
Canadian, American, UK, New Zealand and Australian citizens do not need a visa for Mexico. You can stay in the country for a maximum of 180 days. On entering Mexico, you’ll get a stamp in your passport with the number of days you’re allowed to stay. If you are transiting through the US on your way to Mexico, you will need to apply for an ESTA. Guests traveling from India: if you hold a valid Canadian or U.S. visa, you can get a visa on arrival in Mexico. If you do not, apply for a Mexican visa in advance. Can I stay somewhere else in Cabo and still attend the wedding events?
Unfortunately, the venue does require that all guests stay onsite. Any off-site guests will be subject to private event entry fees as well as day passes to the resort just to attend the event. For this reason, we are requesting that if you are planning to attend our celebrations, then please stay onsite.
Do I need travel insurance?
We highly recommend it. Trip cancellation insurance must be purchased at booking or within 48 hours of booking. Cancellations 21 days or more before arrival are fully refundable; from 20 days in, you are charged one night at the group rate. See Cancellation policy above
